Something about squirrels

I have an (unhealthy?) obsession with squirrels ever since I lived in New York and used to see them out my bedroom window, scurrying around in the snow... they're the cutest little things! I bought a squirrel wallet from hokey a little while ago, then yesterday I saw this exercise book and had to take it home. Now, what to use it for?

I was so proud of my presents this year, mostly for the stamped brown paper wrapping! Despite rushing between the various family parties, it was a really lovely Christmas, full of food, fun and festivity. I hope everyone else had a great day too.

My stamps have well and truly been broken in today with all my Christmas wrapping! Possibly the best present-ation I've ever created. Har har har.

On my desk

Temporarily on my desk is this gorgeous photo album (seen close up), which is soon to be given away as a present for travel photos. I can't go on enough about Kami, where I bought it, especially the secret sale room out the back - goldmine!

A print for today

Having bought a new printer today, I wanted to test it on something other than a bunch of Times New Roman black text, so I clicked onto a print a day for one of her amazing free downloads and voila! I now have a cuter-than-cute piece of writing paper...

Would you believe this is wrapping paper? I don't think I can just fold it up and tuck it away with the rest of my paper stash... I have a wooden photo frame somewhere, this might be it's day of glory.

A paper paradise

Kami (Brunswick Street, Fitzroy) is just about my favourite shop in the world - full of journals, notebooks and photo albums covered with the most divine patterns and designs. If I had the money, I'd buy them all.
