Giving my powerboard a plug

You know you're turning into a nanna when Martha Stewart's organising tips become really interesting! Like this one about labelled cords (so you know which plug is for what appliance). Yep, I went ahead and did it since I was sick of plugging them in and out when suddenly my Mac or phone needed juice. Electrical "currant" flavoured juice. (Oh, that one was bad. I'm very tired.)

>> Notice the powerboard on/off switch too. Makes it easy to turn everything off at once when you're done, thus saving energy and saving the world. Yesss!

Now that's a great Martha tip!
I have those powerboards with the on/off switches too. So much easier than using the powerpoint.

How clever! I'm going to have to copy this idea... thanks :)

Please do! I just cut out white labels to make these, very easy :)

Nothing wrong with quality Nana work I say. And the pun made me laugh?!

Hey, what a great idea! So often I pull on a cord only to find I have turned off something very important... like the computer

Exactly - it only take a few minutes to make them & will save lots of frustration later!
